Anne-Marie Burbidge is an experienced L&D leader, passionate about having a positive impact on individual & business performance. As a trained coach, mediator, and facilitator, with a passion for agile principles, product ways of working, and understanding what data can tell us, she takes an evidence-based approach to enabling high performance. She has worked in a broad range of organisations including regulated (FCA/Ofgem/Ofcom) and publicly funded/audited.
