In 1989 I branded my ISD methods that we used in our consulting engagements since 1982 and in 1990 decided to take them public.

I had been teaching our client’s ISD staff these methods going back to 1983.

I always attempted to do my ISD efforts using Teams in a collaborative process – where I put the Client and Stakeholders in charge – and then had Master Performers and Other Subject Matter Experts guide me in my Analysis & Design (and Development) efforts.

Using Teams has been part of my ISD Practice since 1979.
