Most of the Time – People Don’t Know What They Don’t Know

And most New Hires don’t even know if what they already know is necessary for a new job, or not.

And unfortunately, most Recruiters and L&D professionals don’t know either. Some do.

But only if an adequate Analysis of the Performance-Based Knowledge/Skill requirements has been conducted. Not an Armchair Analysis as my former business partner (1982-1997), the late Ray Svenson would call it.
