pb-ISD: Back in the late 70s/early 80s I was naturally drawn to the work of Deming, and Rummler (and many others), as they all espoused a Process Orientation to Quality Improvement and Performance-Based Instruction and to HPT – Human Performance Technology overall.

And EBP – Evidence-Based Practices.
