There are many variables to Performance. When a project has been triggered by a Problem – we should take the clients and stakeholders on our journey and co-discover the roots of their Problem – or Opportunity – and let them make the business decisions as to what to do next.

There are times when they would have us continue on our track to produce L&D Content – as they might have new hires to develop, and they may or may not have the responsibility or authority to change/fix the Root Causes that we might help them uncover.
