The Facilitated Group Process Takes a Very Skilled Facilitator

And just as importantly a valid process – end-to-end – so that the right data can be generated that will properly feed the next steps in the Process, WorkFlow, or Workstream.

If you begin with the end in mind – you start off thinking about how you’ll Measure Impact regarding your Effectiveness. And then about how you can be most Efficient in being Effective.

I Prefer a Facilitated Group Process over the more traditional interviews, observations, and document reviews. But in any event – it’s all about the Data, and its integrity and believability.

So there’s more to it than just a Skilled Facilitator.
