pb-ISD: In my view… Instructional Analysis should “Always Establish” – in the Development Process, what covert Cognitive Tasks are required in the ThoughtFlow, that parallels the overt Behavioral Tasks in the WorkFlow, as both are necessary to meet Stakeholder Requirements.
