The Importance of L&D’s Alignment to Leadership

If you are not aligned to the Critical Business Issues of your Enterprise – you must be misaligned. And if there is a need to reduce expenses – in the short or long term – you are a target.

Getting aligned is tricky business. And informal approaches might be appropriate in your context – or they may not.

Of course, if you do get yourself aligned – you have to be ready to pull off the high-priority/high-stakes efforts – and do them quickly – and do them well.
