Take the Order – but then use a Development Process with a quick and credible Analysis method to uncover the Real Roots of any Performance Issues – Problems or Opportunities.

I developed my process by Adopting and Adapting from the best. You should too.

One size does not fit all – as evidenced by the fact that I make slight variations most of the time, and larger variations, in my own processes/methods to fit the situation I find my clients in.

But I do have a starting point from which to vary.
