Outputs – Worthy Outputs that meet the Stakeholder Requirements – have always been key for me in Instructional Analysis efforts.

But… you can’t focus on just the Final Outputs. There are Interim Outputs that are critical too.

And then there are Intangible Outputs besides the Tangible Outputs. The Cognitive Outputs – including any discriminations, determinations, and decisions – which was the focus of my 2021 book.

Yep. It’s tricky.
