My 3 consulting firms – 1982 through 2007 – have been producing Quarterly Newsletters since the mid-1980s, ending in the fall of 2007 – when the newsletter was replaced with the Pursuing Performance Blog – on the home page of this site.
I have many of the newsletters from SWI, and almost all from CADDI, and all from EPPIC. Here they are as PDFs:
SWI – Svenson & Wallace Inc. (1982-1997)
These newsletters began as Management Updates and later became the Pursuing Performance newsletter.
CADDI Newsletters (1997-2002)
These quarterly newsletters began as “lean-ISD” and later became “Pursuing Performance”

“Great! Keep up the fantastic job! Thanks.” – Cordell Hauglie, performance consultant, The Boeing Company
“Love to get your newsletter. Often read it cover to cover. Frequently share with others in the office. Please keep me on your list.” – Libby Taylor, quality consultant, Hewlett-Packard

“I used to—after a quick perusing—throw your newsletter away. Starting this year, I’ve been keeping it because the articles are becoming more relevant to me as a practitioner and are less about CADDI-specific topics. I’m an ISPI member, and, frankly, find some of your articles and series better than what PIQ and PI journal have to offer.” – Peter-Cornelius Dams, Ph.D., Kalamazoo County Government
Summer 2002 Newsletter
EPPIC Newsletters (2002-2007)
– when the Pursuing Performance newsletter became the “Pursuing Performance Blog”
In the Fall of 2007 the EPPIC Quarterly Newsletter was replaced by the Blog:
Pursuing Performance – the Blog – was started in 2004 as a Google Blogger site, and then was totally updated in 2007 and routinely added to. The site was then moved to WordPress in 2009.
