Newsletters 1986-2007

My 3 consulting firms – 1982 through 2007 – have been producing Quarterly Newsletters since the mid-1980s, ending in the fall of 2007 – when the newsletter was replaced with the Pursuing Performance Blog – on the home page of this site.

I have many of the newsletters from SWI, and almost all from CADDI, and all from EPPIC. Here they are as PDFs:

“I use your communication pieces with students and corporations seeking good examples of how to integrate ISD and Performance Engineering models into communication and soft-sell marketing messages. You do it very well!” – Phil Doughty, executive director, Training Systems Institute

“Great! Keep up the fantastic job! Thanks.” – Cordell Hauglie, performance consultant, The Boeing Company

“Love to get your newsletter. Often read it cover to cover. Frequently share with others in the office. Please keep me on your list.” – Libby Taylor, quality consultant, Hewlett-Packard

“CADDI is doing a wonderful job. I always look forward to your publications, they are most informative and helpful. Thank you for your efforts.” – Vicki Wimbs, training specialist, Emerson Power Transmission

“I appreciate your effort and usually find one or more articles that I can use to help with the development of my team.” – Linda Beane, manager training, Verizon

“Your performance orientation is a major influence on how I approach my job and interact with colleagues in my professional association.” – Ted Settle, director of continuing education, Virginia Tech

“I used to—after a quick perusing—throw your newsletter away. Starting this year, I’ve been keeping it because the articles are becoming more relevant to me as a practitioner and are less about CADDI-specific topics. I’m an ISPI member, and, frankly, find some of your articles and series better than what PIQ and PI journal have to offer.” – Peter-Cornelius Dams, Ph.D., Kalamazoo County Government

Pursuing Performance – the Blog – was started in 2004 as a Google Blogger site, and then was totally updated in 2007 and routinely added to. The site was then moved to WordPress in 2009.
