PACT Video Shorts: A- PACT Overviews

The PACT Video Shorts Series – Home Page

This page presents a number of short videos about narrow topics within the broad methodology-set and process-set of the PACT Processes for T&D/ Learning and Knowledge Management: the “PACT Video Shorts” – see the index at the bottom of this page – or on the home page for this series: here.

PACT is a sub-set of performance-based, Instructional/Informational-focused methods and processes of EPPI – Enterprise Process Performance Improvement. PACT has 3 levels of Instructional Design (or Instructional Systems Design) with common Performance Analysis and common Project Planning & Management methods, tools and techniques. PACT is for Training & Development, Learning and Knowledge Management (Systems) for an Enterprise Learning Context – as opposed to an Educational Learning Context or a Personal Learning Context – although PACT may be adapted to those specific contextual needs.

Note that “Additional” Videos on this topic are also presented below in the “AA-Series” Section.

The “A-Series” includes the following:

A1: PACT Is…

A2: PPTT – Technology Transfer

A3: PACT and EPPI

A4: PACT Case Studies

A5: PACT for New Hires

A6: PACT for Incumbents

A7: PACT – 1 Approach to ROI
