PACT Video Shorts: B- PACT Analysis

The PACT Video Shorts Series – Home Page

This page presents a number of short videos about narrow topics within the broad methodology-set and process-set of the PACT Processes for T&D/ Learning and Knowledge Management: the “PACT Video Shorts” – see the index at the bottom of this page – or on the home page for this series: here.

The PACT Analysis methods are a component effort within CAD, MCD, and IAD efforts – the 3 levels of ISD of the PACT Process for T&D/ Learning and Knowledge Management. First published in the Performance & Instruction Journal of NSPI (now ISPI) in November 1984, these methods have been used thousands of times in both Instructional and Performance Improvement efforts. These methods have been written about numerous times and presented at conferences and chapters since the early 1980s. They are also covered in the book: Analysis of Performance Competence Requirements.

The “B-Series” includes the following:

B1: Analysis – Target Audience

B2: Analysis – AoPs

B3: Analysis – Performance

B4: Analysis – K/S Categories

B5: Analysis – K/S Matrices

B6: Analysis – ETA

B7: Analysis – Other Enablers

B8: Analysis – of Management
