I don’t know about you – but I always look suspiciously at Certification Programs – to see if they are THAT – or Certificate Programs.

There is a difference.

In the former someone is saying that you met certain criteria, in the latter they are saying that your check cleared.

Then if it is the former – I look at first the Criteria, and then second at who will be sitting in judgement and their credentials.
