My drive was to better position Instruction in the overall mix – knowing – as I had been taught – that Knowledge/Skills was the “be all/end all” of Performance – especially in an Enterprise context.
Human Enablers partners with Environment Enablers.
And all are driven by the requirements of the Process – a Process that has been designed to meet the Stakeholder Requirements.
