The Performance Context Analysis Data informs Lesson Mapping… so that the demands for a Memorized Performance Response or the allowance of a Referenced Performance Response can be used to direct the Instructional Strategy for the use of Job Aids, and/or Training, to prepare learners to be valued Performers back-on-the-job. In the Design effort, the Master Performers involved in creation and/or review of Lesson Maps can direct the design so that we quit expecting everyone to memorize everything. They cannot.
