Operationalizing Empathy in ISD/LXD

You can have Empathy for the Various Stakeholders in ISD/LXD – but can you really understand exactly and reflect where each and everyone is coming from, and needs to have happen, and how they need it to happen?

Empathy in ISD/LXD starts with an intent to Improve Performance for a positive ROI.

My attempt to Operationalizing Empathy to all of the Stakeholders was to form a Project Steering Team of the Client and their key Stakeholders to guide and resource the ISD effort – beginning while an employee at Motorola in 1981.

Can Perfect Empathy be achieved?


Can we all do a much better job at operationalizing Empathy?
