The PACT Video Shorts Series – Home Page
This page presents a number of short videos about narrow topics within the broad methodology-set and process-set of the PACT Processes for T&D/ Learning and Knowledge Management: the “PACT Video Shorts” – see the index at the bottom of this page – or on the home page for this series: here.
CAD – Curriculum Architecture Design – is the engineering or architecting of the entire set of Instruction/Curricula, driven by the Performance Competence Requirements determined in the analysis phase. CAD efforts produce T&D/Learning Paths, T&D/Learning Planning Guides and identifies existing content for re-sue “as is” or after modification” – or “not at all.” It identifies the gaps of the ideal Curriculum enabling management to prioritize those gaps for development/acquisition (make/buy) or to leave to Un-Structured OJT (Informal Learning). These methods are covered in the book: Curriculum Architecture Design.
The “C-Series” includes the following:
C1: CAD Is…
C2: CAD – Paths/ Planning Guides
C3: CAD – Events & Modules
C4: CAD – 5 Tier Inventory
C5: CAD – Design Meeting
C6: CAD – Gap Priorities/ US-OJT
